Norway's Secret Diplomacy

The Foreign Ministry of Norway is apparently making arduous efforts to bring resolution to the China-Tibet issue. They have been conducting "secret diplomacy" for years, bringing Chinese and Tibetan officials together and attempting to bring about peace. China is demanding that it all remain secret, no doubt to save face as it publicly repudiates the idea of Tibetan independence. You can read the article I read here.
